Access to EnergoNHire is intended for individuals and organizations that can form legally binding contracts under applicable Malaysian law. Use by minors or those unable to enter contracts is not permitted unless authorized by a legal guardian and compliant with the law.

Users must meet local age requirements to create an account or otherwise use the platform. If you are under the applicable age, do not create an account or provide personal data.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. Misuse, fraudulent activity, or attempts to interfere with the service are prohibited.

EnergoNHire operates in multiple jurisdictions and certain features may not be available in all countries. Users are responsible for complying with local laws governing employment and recruitment in their country of operation.

Account terms

To access certain features you must create an account. Account registration requires accurate information and selection of login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide current, complete and accurate information. Keep your account information up to date to ensure correct operation of the service and communications.

Protect your account credentials and do not share your password. Notify EnergoNHire promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We employ security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing by EnergoNHire. Selling or assigning accounts is prohibited.

If you believe your account was accessed without authorization, contact EnergoNHire support immediately so we can take appropriate steps to secure the account and contribute the incident.

EnergoNHire may suspend or restrict access to accounts that violate these terms or where required for security, legal or operational reasons. Users will be notified where feasible.

Service description

EnergoNHire provides a platform for posting job vacancies, managing applicant pools, screening candidates and career development resources. Feature availability may vary by subscription level and geographic region.

We may add, modify, or remove features from the platform. Changes will be communicated through published updates or notifications when appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated service.

We strive to maintain reliable access to the platform but downtime may occur for maintenance, updates or due to third-party outages. EnergoNHire will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions.

User conduct

Users must comply with the following rules when using EnergoNHire. These rules are intended to protect platform integrity and the rights of other users.

• Provide truthful information in profiles and job postings; do not misrepresent qualifications or job details.
• Do not post content that is unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights.
• Respect privacy of applicants and contacts; obtain necessary consents before sharing personal data.
• Do not engage in automated scraping or use unauthorized tools to extract platform data.
• Refrain from harassment, threats or abusive behavior toward other users.
• Follow applicable laws and employment regulations in recruitment activities.
• Cooperate with reasonable security and identity verification requests from EnergoNHire.

User content

Users may submit content such as resumes, job postings, messages and reviews. You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the license granted below.

You represent that you have the right to provide the content and that it does not violate third-party rights. EnergoNHire is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of user-submitted information.

By submitting content you grant EnergoNHire a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, modify, distribute and display the content as necessary to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for the content you post. EnergoNHire may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law, and may suspend accounts for repeated violations.

If content is removed, EnergoNHire will provide a notice where feasible. Requests to remove content that involve third-party rights or legal processes will be handled in accordance with applicable procedures.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the EnergoNHire platform, branding and software are owned by or licensed to EnergoNHire. Users must not copy, modify, or create derivative works of platform components except as expressly permitted.

• Do not decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to discover source code of EnergoNHire software.
• Do not remove proprietary notices or labels from platform materials.
• Do not use EnergoNHire activity or logos without prior written permission.

Paid services

EnergoNHire offers subscription tiers and paid features for enhanced recruitment and career management functionality. Paid services are subject to these additional terms.

Pricing for paid services is published on the EnergoNHire website and may vary by region. Prices may include one-time fees or recurring subscription charges depending on the plan selected.

Payments are processed using third-party payment providers. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize recurring charges for subscription services until cancelled.

Subscription terms, billing cycles and renewal procedures are described on the purchase page. You may cancel subscriptions in accordance with the cancellation provisions below.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with local consumer protection laws and the specific terms of the purchased service. EnergoNHire evaluates refund requests against usage records and the circumstances of the request.

You may cancel paid services through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation affects future billing; previously billed amounts are handled according to the refund terms and applicable law.

Applicable taxes, duties or levies related to paid services are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise stated. EnergoNHire will indicate tax treatment during checkout where required.

We may change pricing for services. Price changes will be communicated in advance when possible. For ongoing subscriptions, changes may apply at renewal and will be disclosed prior to charging.

Failure to pay for charged services may result in restricted access or suspension of paid features until payment is made and any outstanding balances are resolved.

Information and recommendations on the platform are for general informational purposes and do not replace professional advice. Results from using the platform vary based on user actions and external factors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, EnergoNHire and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Liability for direct damages is subject to applicable legal limits and any mandatory consumer rights.

Third-party services

EnergoNHire may integrate third-party services such as background checks, payment processors or analytics providers. Use of such third-party services is subject to those providers' terms and privacy practices.

Termination

Either party may terminate use of the service by closing the account or discontinuing use. EnergoNHire may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or where required by law.

Upon termination, access to account data may be limited. Users should export important data prior to termination. Certain provisions, such as intellectual property and liability clauses, survive termination.

Privacy and data processing
